While EAI software will load on your phone or tablet, it is ideally designed to be utilised on larger screens such as a desktop computer. For minor tasks, a tablet should also be suitable.

There are two easy ways to reach out to us for help and support - by using our online chat built into our software, or via email.

Online Chat

  • 1. Navigate to https://viewer.eyesofai.com
  • 2. Click the "chat bubble" icon located in the top right corner of your screen.
  • 3. A chat interface will appear in the bottom right corner.
  • 4. Start typing your message to initiate a live chat with an Eyes of AI Support Officer (if available).
  • 4. If a support office is unavailable at the time of your message, one of our team members will respond to your query via email promptly.

    Note: If you have not logged in yet, you will be prompted to provide your contact details so that a team member can reach out to you.

Support Email

  • 1. Send an email with details about the help or support you require to support@eyesofai.com
  • 2. One of our sales, clinical, or technical support members will get back to you depending on your type of query.

Your data is safe with us. Eyes of AI are aligned with various internationally recognised security and privacy standards including ISO 27001. This includes identifying security risks and implementing appropriate controls to mitigate them.

Subscribing to EAI software, such as EAI Trace, allows you to run AI analysis on your X-rays, including identifying, annotating, and tracing 150+ orthodontic landmarks in just 10 seconds.

EAI software supports various file formats for your X-rays.

For 2D X-rays, this includes:

  • 1. JPG/JPEG
  • 2. PNG
  • 3. TIF/TIFF
  • 4. BMP

For 3D X-rays, we support:

  • 1. DICOM
  • 2. Zip file of DICOMs

With the initial launch of EAI Trace, you will be able to upload Lateral Cephalometric (Lat Ceph) X-rays onto the EAI Platform.

EAI are planning an initial release of EAI Detect later this year.

Upon launch, the EAI software will add support for Orthopantomogram (OPG), Lateral Cephalometric (Ceph), Bitewing (BW) and Periapical (PA) X-rays.

Eyes of AI's (EAI) software will initially launch in Australia. We will then gradually release our software in the EU, the US, and other regions worldwide.
