While EAI software will load on your phone or tablet, it is ideally designed to be utilised on larger screens such as a desktop computer. For minor tasks, a tablet should also be suitable.
There are two easy ways to reach out to us for help and support - by using our online chat built into our software, or via email.
Online Chat
- Navigate to https://viewer.eyesofai.com
- Click the "chat bubble" icon located in the top right corner of your screen.
- A chat interface will appear in the bottom right corner.
- Start typing your message to initiate a live chat with an Eyes of AI Support Officer (if available).
- If a support office is unavailable at the time of your message, one of our team members will respond to your query via email promptly.
Note: If you have not logged in yet, you will be prompted to provide your contact details so that a team member can reach out to you.

Your data is safe with us. Eyes of AI are aligned with various internationally recognised security and privacy standards including ISO 27001. This includes identifying security risks and implementing appropriate controls to mitigate them.

Subscribing to EAI software, such as EAI Ceph, allows you to run AI analysis on your X-rays, including identifying, annotating, and tracing 150+ orthodontic landmarks in just 15 seconds.
EAI software supports various file formats for your X-rays.
For 2D X-rays, this includes:
- JPG
- PNG
- TIF
- BMP
For 3D X-rays, we support:
- DICOM
- Zip file of DICOMs
With the initial launch of EAI Ceph, you will be able to upload Lateral Cephalometric (Lat Ceph) X-rays onto the EAI Platform.
EAI are planning an initial release of EAI Pathology later this year.
Upon launch, the EAI software will add support for Orthopantomogram (OPG), Lateral Cephalometric (Ceph), Bitewing (BA) and Periapical (PA) X-rays.
Eyes of AI is offering a free trial to use our full-featured EAI Ceph product for a limited time.
Eyes of AI's (EAI) software will initially launch in Australia. We will then gradually release our software in the EU, the US, and other regions worldwide.

- In the "Password" field, enter your password.
- Click the "Log In" button to log in.
- Open a web browser and navigate to https://viewer.eyesofai.com.
- Under the "Password" field, click the "Forgot Password?" link.
- In the "Email" field, enter your email address.
- Click the "Restore Password" button. A password reset link will be sent to your provided email address if it is registered on our platform.
- Look for an email from Eyes of AI (no-reply@eyesofai.com) with the subject line "Eyes of AI password reset".
- Click the "Reset Password" button in the email.
Note: The link will expire after 5 hours.
- Enter your new password in the "New Password" and "Confirm Password" fields, ensuring that they match.
- You should now be able to log in with your new password.

How do I sign up for an Eyes of AI account?
- Open a web browser and navigate to https://www.eyesofai.com.
- Click the "TRY IT FREE" button.
- For Step 1 of the form, enter your personal details including: First Name, Last Name, Email, Country, and Phone, then click the "Next" button.
- For Step 2 of the form, enter your company details including: Company/Practice Name, Job Title, Industry, Speciality (if applicable), Number of Practices (if applicable), Primary X-ray Viewer Software (if applicable), Primary Practice Management Software (if applicable), and How did you hear about us?, then click the "Next" button.
- Finally, for Step 3 of the form, create a secure password that meets the required criteria, confirm the password, and tick the checkbox once you've read the Privacy Policy and Subscription Agreement. Then click the "Request Early Access/Try it Free" button.
- Check your email for further instructions to activate your account.
How to update my email address
- Once you have logged in to the Eyes of AI Viewer, click your avatar icon (displayed with your initials) on the bottom left corner of the screen.
- Select "Manage Account" from the list of options to bring up the "Your Account" page.
- With the "Personal Settings" tab selected, update your email address in the "Email" field.
Note: A verification link will be sent to your new email address to verify it.
- Click the "Save Changes" button. You will see a message indicating "Verification link has been sent to your new Email. New email will be applied after successful verification".
- Check your new email account for an email sent from "Eyes of AI" with the subject "Eyes of AI email address change".
Note: If you do not see this email after a few minutes, check your spam folder.
- Click the "Confirm New Email" button to finalise the change. You will now be able to log in with your new email address.

- On the Patients screen, click the "Add First Patient" or "Add New Patient" button.
2. Begin filling in the fields for the patient. Fields marked with an * are mandatory.
- In the "MRN" field, enter the patient's Medical Record Number (MRN)
- In the "First Name" field, enter the patient's first name
- In the "Last Name" field, enter the patient's last name
- Click "M" or "F" to select the patient's gender
- Click the "Date of Birth" field to show the date picker. You can click the dropdown arrow next to the date to browse through the list of years using the "<" and ">" buttons. Select the patient's year, then month, then date of birth
- In the "Email" field, enter the patient's email address
- In the "Phone" field, enter the patient's phone number
3. Click the "Create Patient" button to create the patient record
4. You can then begin uploading the patient's x-rays, or click the "<" button to go back to the patient list
1. On the Patients screen, locate the patient whose details you wish to update from the list on the left.
2. Click the three dots (⋮) next to the patient's name and select "Edit".
3. Modify any of the fields with the updated information.
4. Once you have finished updating the patient's details, click the "Update Patient" button.

2. Enter the name you would like to search, for example "Brooks".
3. The patient list will filter on your search criteria in real-time as you type, with the search term highlighted.

2. On the left side, you can select what you would like to sort your patients by.

1. On the Patients screen, select a Patient from the patient list.
2. Drag and drop your X-ray image into the upload section. Alternatively, click the “Browse Files” button and select an image from your computer.
3. The file will begin uploading as shown in the upload progress bar.
4. Once complete, the X-ray will appear at the top of the list.

2. Select your desired layout. The platform supports various layouts that allow you to display one or multiple X-rays simultaneously.

2. Adjust the sliders under the "Brightness" and "Contrast" sections to adjust the image properties to your desired configuration.
3. To reset the brightness or contrast, click "Reset" next to brightness or contrast accordingly.

- Drag an image directly from a file browser into "BROWSE FILES" or "Browse to choose a file" section.

- Click the blue "CALIBRATE" button.
- Drag the calibration line over the calibration ruler/scale in the image. You can adjust the ends of the calibration line to align with the start and end of the ruler/scale.
- Click the "Choose Scale" dropdown and select the appropriate scale for the image.
- Click the "Calibrate" button.
- The image will now display as "CALIBRATED" with the selected scale on the right of the screen. If you wish to recalibrate the image, click the pencil icon and repeat steps 1 to 4.
- Click the "Edit" button (pencil icon) next to an existing calibration on the right sidebar.
- If require, reposition the calibration line over the calibration ruler/scale in the image. You can adjust the ends of the calibration line to align with the start and end of the ruler/scale.
- Click th "Choose Scale" dropdown and select the appropriate scale for the image.
- Click the "Calibrate" button.
- The image will now display as "CALIBRATED" with the selected scale on the right of the screen. If you wish to recalibrate the image, click the pencil icon and repeat steps 1 to 4.
- Once you have calibrated your image, click the blue "RUN AI" button.
- A disclaimer will appear, advising that the results should not be considered a final medical diagnosis without review by a trained medical or dental professional.
- Click the "Proceed" button to accept the disclaimer and begin analysing the X-ray.
- Once the AI analysis is complete, the landmarks will appear overlaid on the X-ray.
- Select the "Annotations" tab on the right sidebar.
- Click the "Show/Hide all groups" icon (eye symbol surrounded by a frame) to hide all landmarks.
- An "eye" icon will appear to the right of each landmark (or landmark group) as you hover your mouse over each one.
- Click the "eye" icon to toggle between showing or hiding that landmark.
- On the right sidebar, select the "Annotations" tab.
- Click in the search bar and start typing the name of the landmark you wish to find.
- The list of landmarks will automatically filter the landmarks if it contains the text you are searching for.
- Click the "Comment" button from the menu bar, then click on a section of the X-ray you would like it to be displayed.
- Type your comment and click the "Apply" button to save it. Comments will be grouped under the "Misc" folder group on the "Annotations" tab.
- Click the "eye" icon next to a comment to hide the comment.
- Right-click the comment from the list and press the "Delete" button to delete it.
- Click and hold one of the landmarks and drag it to the correct position on the X-ray.
- Repeat for any other landmarks that need to be adjusted.
- Click the "SAVE" button when you are finished
- After making any change to an existing landmark, click the "SAVE" button when you are finished to save changes.

- Click the "study" dropdown and select a study from the list (e.g. Jefferson, Steiner, etc.).
- On the right sidebar, select the "Study" tab and select a study.
- Select the "Analysis" tab to view readings that are clearly presented with severity of malocclusion.
- On the right sidebar, select the "Study" tab and select a study.
- Select the "Summary" tab to view skeletal, dental soft tissue malocclusion and airway analysis.
- On the right sidebar, select the "Study" tab.
- Click the "study" dropdown and select a study from the list (e.g. Jefferson, Steiner, etc.).
Next to the "Search Measurements" search bar, click the visibility toggle (eye icon enclosed by a frame) to toggle between hiding and showing the readings and landmarks.
Click the "study" dropdown and select a different study from the list.
- Click the "Analysis" tab.
- Click the "Graph View" toggle to reveal the readings and normal ranges. Click it again to toggle back to the "List View".
- Click the "Summary" tab to view a summary of the readings.
- Click the "Angle" button from the toolbar (triangle with a dotted line extending from one vertex).
- Click the left mouse button at the point where you want to begin the angle measurement.
- Move the mouse arrow and left-click at the midpoint of the angle.
- Then, move the mouse arrow and left-click at the endpoint of the angle. The measurement properties screen will then be shown with the angle automatically calculated.
- In the "Name" field, add a name for the measurement.
- Click the “Apply” button.
- Click the "Save" button to save your changes.
- With the "Annotations" tab selected on the right sidebar, the manual angle and line measurements will be listed under the "Misc" folder.
- Click the "eye" icon next to a manual annotation to toggle between showing and hiding the annotation.
- Right-click a manual annotation from the list and press the "Delete" button to remove it.

How to generate a report
- After you have calibrated your image and run AI, you can generate an automated report.
- Click the "REPORT" button near the top right of the screen.
- Use the toggles to choose which sections of the report you wish to generate (e.g. Cover, Tracings, Summary, etc.). By default, all options will be toggled on.
- Select a study you wish to use for the report from the dropdown
- Click the "Generate report (.pdf)" button to create the report.
- If prompted, select a location to save the report on your computer.
- Open the downloaded PDF to review the report.
