How do I get help and support?

There are two easy ways to reach out to us for help and support - by using our online chat built into our software, or via email.

Online Chat - Steps

1. Navigate to https://viewer.eyesofai.com

2. Click the "chat bubble" icon located in the top right corner of your screen
   ‍
3. A chat interface will appear in the bottom right corner
   ‍
4. Start typing your message to initiate a live chat with an Eyes of AI Support Officer (if available)
   ‍
5. If a support office is unavailable at the time of your message, one of our team members will respond to your query via email promptly
   
   Note: If you have not logged in yet, you will be prompted to provide your contact details so that a team member can reach out to you
